Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chicken and fry until slightly brown

Set aside the chicken, add the ginger slices, and stir fry the garlic until fragrant

Then stir-fry together, add light soy sauce, braised soy sauce, glutinous rice wine, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer

Simmer for about 15 minutes. When the juice is almost dry, add the coriander and stir-fry well.
Tips:
1. Light soy sauce and braised soy sauce all have salt, no need to add salt, if you feel the taste is weak, you can add salt appropriately
2. Choose grass chicken or native chicken
