Three Ding Fried Noodles

The cucumber is peeled, fleshed and cut into small dices. All side dishes are cut into small dices. Slice garlic.

Bring to a boil in a saucepan and cook the noodles and carrots together.

Rinse with water after picking it up to remove the stickiness. Drain the water.

Heat up the wok and put the salad oil, add the garlic slices in the oil to saute.

Add all the side dishes and stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry until they are broken.

Add the cooked noodles.

Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce to taste, and a few drops of sesame oil to increase fragrance. Sprinkle chopped green onion and serve.

Tips:
1. The side dishes in the fried noodles are adjusted according to personal taste. I have the ingredients on hand.
2. The time for fried noodles is short. Diced carrots are not easy to cook. Cook them together with the noodles.
