Three Fresh Dumplings Stuffing

1. Mix the meat first. Add the right amount of green onion and ginger, a little pepper, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of corn oil, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken essence, and some water, and stir in one direction to form a puree.
