Three-step Heat Relief Food-mango Yogurt Ice Cubes

Cut the mango into pieces (the two jars of yogurt were poured into a small gauze bag and drained for half a day).

The water in the yogurt is just 200g, and the mango cubes are beaten with a food processor to keep the mango particles from being pureed.

Mix well, put it into ice cube mold, put it in the refrigerator and freeze.

Because the yogurt has been drained, it is very thick, so there is no ice residue, and it tastes soft and has a good taste.

If you like the square shape, you can't drain the water for too long. Mine melts relatively quickly, and there is no perfect square shape.
