Toad stewed potatoes is a famous dish in Northeast, with a savory sauce and fragrant taste. It has the effect of nourishing yin and strengthening yang.

Toad Stewed Potatoes

1. Rana sylvatica under warm water, remove after boiling for 1 minute, rinse with cold water

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces

3. Cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and set aside

5. Potatoes stir fry
