Toast Banana Roll

Prepare ingredients.

Cut off the hard edges of the toast slices.
3.
Use a rolling pin to thin the toast.
4.
Spread the jam evenly.
5.
Peel the bananas.
6.
Cut into small pieces.
7.
Put the banana segment on the end of the toast slice with jam (pictured).
8.
Roll into small rolls.
9.
Dip the toast banana rolls in the egg mixture.
10.
Coat the bread crumbs evenly.
11.
Fry the small rolls in a frying pan, carefully rolling the small rolls with chopsticks.
12.
Fry until slightly yellow.
