Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Prepare raw materials;

Cut the small tofu into chunks and fry it;

After frying on one side until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side until golden brown before serving.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add the soaked shrimp and minced garlic until fragrant;

Add tofu cubes and stir fry;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and oyster sauce;

Pour the soaked shrimp water;

Slightly cook for two minutes, add a little salt to taste, then put it into the dish and sprinkle with shallots on the surface.

Serve it.
Tips:
1. The small tofu selected for tofu has a slight hardness. Frying on both sides until golden is good for the tofu to absorb the flavor; 2. Do not spill the water for soaking the shrimp. You can add it when you cook the tofu to make it more delicious.
