Tomahawk Steak

Thaw the steak ahead of time.

Cut off the thick roots of asparagus and peel off the skin.

Peel the carrots and cut into sections.

Remove the roots of tricholoma and cut cross flowers on the surface; wash some small tomatoes.

Put the carrots, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms in a pot of boiling water, cook for one minute (add some salt and oil), and soak in cold water.

Cut the onion into pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a hot pan, add onion and garlic cloves, and saute until fragrant.

Add asparagus, carrots, and mushrooms, fry for a while, and finally add small tomatoes and fry until cooked.

The steak uses kitchen paper to soak up the blood.

Put butter in the frying pan and shake the pan a few times.

Place the steak and cook for 45 seconds on each side.

Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.

Just serve with the side dishes.
