Tomahawk Steak

First prepare the required ingredients, take out the steak, defrost it at room temperature, then dry the blood on the surface with a kitchen paper towel, and marinate it with black pepper, sea salt and olive oil.

Pour a little olive oil into the pot and heat it until the oil smokes.

Add the steak while it is still hot and continue to cook on high heat. This time the steak was not marinated in advance.

When frying, use the spatula to slide from time to time to prevent frying.

When frying, sprinkle a little black pepper and sea salt on both sides.

Fry for 1 minute on both sides, and fry on the side too. If you like a tender texture, you can reduce the time.

Put the fried steak on the plate, drizzle with black pepper sauce, and garnish with 5 slices of cucumber.

Tips:
1. The steak should be fried over high heat. If you like a tender texture, you can fry it for 50 seconds on both sides.
2. The black pepper sauce can be replaced with tomato sauce, if you like it, or you can eat it directly without the sauce.
