I have been asked to eat more fish since I was a child, because it is said that eating fish makes children smart~
But I especially don’t like eating fish because...Although I’ve been chattering since I was a child, my tongue is very inefficient in eating fish, and I can’t get any small thorns. So as soon as I have a thorn, I just want to avoid damage as much as possible. I can spit out the fish that I eat...So my mother is very unable to train with my habit. It seems that my tongue has been used to talk for more than ten years, and there is no improvement in eating fish...
But...I also like to eat fish, so I can only eat some that don’t seem to have any spines, such as-pangasius~
I have eaten tomato fish outside. I used grass carp flakes, which are somewhat thorny. The pangasius used this time is sweet and sour. The problem is that if there is no thorn, children can rest assured and bold. Eat it! "

Ingredients

Tomato Fish

1. Two large tomatoes cut into small pieces

2. Soak soy in advance

3. Add tomatoes in a juicer or juicer

4. Add soaked soybeans

5. Make a thick tomato soy milk

6. Pangasius fillet, no thorns~

7. Cut into strips or slices, whatever you like

8. Add 1 scoop of chicken powder to marinate

9. Add cornstarch and mix well

10. Add tomato and soybean milk to the rice cooker

11. Add half a piece of thick soup and simmer

12. Add a few dried hawthorn

13. Wait until the soup is thick, add pansa fish fillet and cook for a few minutes~

Tips:

1. There is salt in the chicken powder, so there is no need to add extra~
2. Soybeans are added to make the soup more uniform and thick
3. Adding tomatoes will make the sweetness slightly floating on the surface. I don't think it tastes good, so add some dried hawthorn to set it off.
