Regarding freshly squeezed fruit juice, I have two methods, this time I will talk about the simple one. Choose two large tomatoes (about 300g/piece), 10g white sugar, 10g water, appropriate amount of ice (no or not), a juicer, and a fruit cutter.

Wash the tomatoes and start peeling with a fruit knife from the bottom (like peeling a pear). The skin cannot be cut off, otherwise it cannot be rolled up for cup decoration. Peel off the skin, remove the stalk, cut into pieces, and put it all in The juicer squeezes pure juice (should be able to squeeze 400ml pure tomato juice), and roll the peeled tomato skin to make a rose

Use a straw to put on the center of the flower from the bottom of the flower, add 10g of sugar and 10g of water into the convection oven, beat it into syrup on high heat, pour it into the tomato juice and mix well. Then insert the straw into the cup filled with tomato juice, and lean the flower against the rim of the cup to make a cup decoration. Choose slightly raw tomatoes, with a smooth and round surface, so that the peeled skin is more beautiful
