Toon Fried Bacon

Soak the toon buds in light salt water for about half an hour. Wash and cut into sections.

A piece of bacon, steam it in a steamer for about 15 minutes.

Rinse the steamed bacon. Cut into thin slices.

A little oil is good for a wok. Saute the shallots, ginger and garlic. Put in the bacon and force the fat out with a small fire. Add appropriate amount of hot water.

Before collecting the juice, pour in the toon and chili that have been blanched in advance. Stir fry a few times. Out of the pot. Since the bacon itself has enough flavor, no seasoning is needed for this dish.
