Toon Bud Egg Pancake

Wash the fresh toon buds, knock the eggs into a bowl and set aside.

Cut the toon buds into fine pieces.

Add toon sprouts to the egg mixture.

Add salt and chicken essence to taste, mix well.

Tips:
1. The fresh toon buds of the season must be used to be fresh enough;
2. Add salt before cooking, otherwise water will easily come out;
3. Pay attention to the heat and don't get old.
