Prepare the materials;

Tips:
1. Blanch the broccoli in advance. Add some salt and oil when blanching to keep the broccoli's emerald green color;

3. Cut the Longli fish into strips and add some seasonings such as salt to marinate. The fish does not need to be cooked for too long.
