Tremella Wolfberry Health Porridge

Prepare raw material 1: Pinzheng porridge rice

Prepare raw material 3: Chinese wolfberry

Soak the white fungus and wolfberry in warm water.

Soak the porridge with pure water for 30 minutes.

After soaking the white fungus to remove the yellow hard pedicles, cut into small dices.

Wash the soaked medlar and put it in a container for later use.

Put Pinzhenke congee, rice and white fungus into an electric rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of purified water and cook. (The ratio of rice to water is 1:5. This ratio is not fixed and can be determined according to personal preference.)

After boiling, pour the mixture in the rice cooker into a purple casserole special for cooking porridge, add the soaked wolfberry, and continue to cook. (If there is no purple casserole pot, this step can be omitted, just add wolfberry berries to the rice cooker, change it to low heat and continue cooking.)

Cook until the porridge is slightly viscous before being out of the pot and enjoy the deliciousness.
