Turkey Sliced Mushroom Soup

Peel and slice the turkey legs you bought back.

Prepare fresh mushrooms and two eggs

Use cornstarch, salt and a little chicken essence and turkey to mix evenly and marinate for a while

Beat the eggs into egg mixture, slice mushrooms and carrots.

Boil water in a pot, add carrots and cook for 4 minutes (if you like refreshing, you can cook it with mushrooms)
