I bought 6 pig's knuckles for the New Year, and it was delicious with garlic sauce after it was marinated. I just didn’t like it after eating two meals and decided to change the taste

Ingredients

Twice-cooked Spicy Cumin Trotters

1. Cook a pig's trotters and break them into small pieces.

2. Cut the red pepper into sections and rinse with the prickly ash, so that it won’t be mushy during frying.

3. Heat the pot and put the red pepper segments and peppercorns in cool oil.

4. Fry into small fire until fragrant, add cumin grains.

5. Continue to low heat, sauté the cumin seeds until fragrant.

6. Pour the trotters and adjust the heat to medium.

7. Add some salt and stir fry until the skin of the pig's feet is slightly burnt and delicious.

8. The finished product is spicy and delicious with the aroma of cumin.

Tips:

The trotters are salty, so add less salt
