Braised Hoof Flower

1. Marinated trotters flower.

2. Cut the ingredients and set aside.

3. Cut the trotters into small pieces with a knife.

4. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the seasoning.

5. Pour trotter flowers.

6. Stir fry evenly.

7. Add a pinch of salt.

8. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce.

9. Add a spoonful of balsamic vinegar.

10. Stir fry evenly.

11. Pour an appropriate amount of water and cook on high heat.
