Braised Pork

Clean the trotters and use the marinade to marinate the flavour and chop into pieces for later use.
Prepare red pepper, garlic, ginger, star anise, cinnamon

Burn the oil and add the trotters

Stir-fry for a while, ready for use

Put red pepper, garlic, ginger, star anise, cinnamon in another pot and heat oil

Sauté with salt

Then pour into the pork knuckle frying spoon

Stir fry for a while

Topped with light soy sauce

Topped with cooking wine

Simmer for a minute

Sprinkle chicken essence

Stir well

Tips:
The trotters will be more fragrant if they are marinated in marinade and then braised.
