The Grant coffee I bought a few days ago, I haven't had time to taste it. I'm free on the weekend, open it and try it out, um, it's really good! The aroma is strong and the taste is sweet. For me, the fragrance is relatively strong, not too sweet but not bitter, and the taste is just right.
In a small independent package, one bag at a time is very convenient for brewing. It is packed in the bag and can be drunk at any time. I also used it to make delicacies-two-color Hanamaki steamed buns. The coffee color is made by kneading noodles with coffee. Hanamaki is soft and fragrant. The aroma of coffee is very strong, and the child also said that the steamed Hanamaki is so delicious this time!

Ingredients

Two-color Hanamaki Mantou

1. First use the Grant coffee powder in the ingredients to pour into boiling water, stir and stir to become a cup of coffee with strong aroma, let it cool before using.

2. Knead a white dough with 200 grams of flour, 130 grams of warm water and 2 grams of yeast. 200 grams of flour, brewed coffee, 2 grams of yeast, and 10 grams of cocoa powder are kneaded into a coffee-colored dough. Ferment twice as big in a warm place.

3. Take out the dough and knead it evenly.

4. Roll them into large noodles, with white on the bottom and coffee-colored noodles on top.

5. Roll up and divide into doses of the right size.

6. Put it on the steamer and let it rise for 20 minutes.

7. Steam it on fire for 12 minutes.

8. The fluffy, soft Hanamaki steamed buns, with the aroma of coffee, are delicious.
