Two-color Hanamaki Mantou

First use the Grant coffee powder in the ingredients to pour into boiling water, stir and stir to become a cup of coffee with strong aroma, let it cool before using.

Knead a white dough with 200 grams of flour, 130 grams of warm water and 2 grams of yeast. 200 grams of flour, brewed coffee, 2 grams of yeast, and 10 grams of cocoa powder are kneaded into a coffee-colored dough. Ferment twice as big in a warm place.
