1. Soak the big yellow rice and Jiang rice for 2 days, changing the water several times in between.
2. Red dates are pitted and diced, which is convenient for the elderly and children to eat.
3. Zongzi leaves and malian, cook for about 20 minutes
4. Start to pack and put in red dates diced
5. Join the rice
6. Put the wrapped zongzi in the pot
7. Press it with a steamer
8. Steam it for about 90 minutes. Place the skin on a plate, sprinkle with sugar or sesame seeds.
