Rhubarb rice is not millet, they are different: large barren rice is processed by peeling millet (millet). It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. It is rich in vitamin E and rich in dietary fiber, which is 4 times that of rice. High potassium content, low sodium content, and richer iron and phosphorus content.

Tips:
The yellow rice and red beans must be fully soaked in advance. When cooking the yellow rice, add a little more water. The cooked yellow rice is slightly softer, and the steamed yellow rice cake tastes better. The red beans, raisins, etc. in the steamed cake can be slightly adjusted according to your own preferences, peanuts, walnuts, cranberries, etc. can be added.
The yellow rice cakes just out of the pan are softer. They are cushioned with plastic wrap, wrapped around and shaped, and must be completely cooled before slicing. Then wrap each piece of yellow rice cake with plastic wrap and store it separately.
