Ugly Ear Lily Soup

Prepare the ingredients. Soak the ugly ears and medicinal lilies in warm water 12 hours in advance.

Soak the ugly ears, rinse with lily, and pour cold water into the pot.

After the high heat has boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for about one hour.

Cook until the soup is slightly yellow and thick.
5.
Add pear nectar to taste.
Tips:
Medicinal lily is slightly bitter and seasoned with pear nectar.
