Vanilla Matcha Pudding

Soak the gelatin slices in ice water until soft

First heat all the milk, add sugar to melt, add gelatine flakes to melt

Divide the boiled milk into two portions, add vanilla powder to one portion, and matcha powder to one portion

After the matcha-flavored milk and matcha-flavored milk are warmed, pour a layer of vanilla flavor into the mousse cup, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about ten minutes, and then pour a layer of matcha flavor... And so on. Remember to put a few scoops on each layer so that the thickness of each layer is almost the same
