Vanilla Milk Tea

One tea bag is brewed with 100 grams of boiling water. After steeping for 2 minutes, shake the tea bag several times and take out the tea bag and discard it

Use a knife to split the vanilla pod in half, and scrape the dense black vanilla seeds in the vanilla pod into the hot black tea.

After scraping the vanilla seeds, immerse the shell of the vanilla pod in the hot black tea. After soaking for 5 minutes, remove the vanilla pod shell

Pour milk in the black tea and stir well

Pour in animal whipped cream and continue to stir evenly

Tips:
1. Vanilla pods are the pods of the vanilla plant Vanilla, which is a very famous spice. Scrape the vanilla seeds into the hot tea (the seeds are the main source of aroma) to make vanilla-flavored milk tea. The vanilla pod shell from which the seeds are scraped also has a fragrance, so throw the vanilla pod shell into the hot tea together, and the fragrance of the vanilla pod shell will be absorbed by the hot tea. After the soaked vanilla pod shell is taken out, it can be reused 2-3 times until the fragrance disappears completely;
2. If there is no vanilla pod, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract instead, just add vanilla extract directly to the hot tea;
3. Soak the black tea for 2 minutes, try not to exceed 3 minutes. Too long brewing time of black tea will produce a bitter taste;
4. Omit the vanilla pods, you can make the original milk tea, which is also very fragrant and delicious.
