Walnut Cheese

Wash red dates in a pot under cold water, boil until boiling, turn off the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

After the simmered jujube is steamed for another 20 minutes, remove the jujube skin.

Then knock out the walnuts, soak for an hour, and beat them into puree.

Pour the rice that has been soaked overnight into a blender, beat it into rice syrup, and filter it with gauze.

Put the walnut puree and the red date puree into the rice milk, and boil it into cheese on a low heat.
