2. Weigh the raisins and walnuts in a bowl and set aside

4. Take out the dough, divide into two even balls and knead round, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes

5. Roll the dough into a 20cm*20cm piece with a rolling pin

6. Roll up from one side, put it in the baking pan with the seal facing down, start the fermentation mode, and ferment for 40 minutes

7. Approximately fermented to 1.5 times the size

8. After proofing, sift a little flour and use a sharp knife to carefully cut out the surface textures. At this time, the dough is very tender, please be gentle.

9. Put it in the middle and lower level of the preheated oven, start the hot air grilling program, set 190 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes until the bread is completely colored
