Nutritious Oatmeal

Ingredients: 10 grams of melon seeds, 10 grams of peanuts, 10 grams of almond flakes, 10 grams of walnut meat, 10 grams of medlar, 70 grams of quick-cooking oatmeal, and 30 grams of oatmeal.

If there is no oatmeal, there is no need to cook it for so long. Just cook the quick-cooking oatmeal until soft.
Nuts can also be cooked directly with oats instead of flour.
Those who like sweets can add rock sugar or brown sugar when cooking oatmeal.
