Walnut Sesame Paste
1.
The sesame and walnut powder made by yourself is described in the previous recipe.
2.
Heat the pot, pour glutinous rice flour, stir-fry on medium-low heat until slightly yellow, that is, cooked. Excess glutinous rice flour can be filled in a jar, which is convenient for making sesame paste next time.
3.
Sesame walnut powder: cooked glutinous rice flour = 5:2 (because there is rock sugar in the sesame walnut powder, I didn’t add any more sugar, you can add some sugar if you like to eat sweeter ones) Put the sesame walnut powder and cooked glutinous rice flour into a small bowl and stir slightly Evenly.
4.
Pour in the right amount of boiling water and make a paste while pouring. The amount of water is not written, because some people like thicker ones, and some like thinner ones. Let's increase or decrease depending on the state. The red dates are taken and the meat is diced for decoration, because the mint is frozen to death...
Tips:
1. Stir-fry glutinous rice flour over medium-low heat until slightly yellow, that is, cooked. You can fry a little more at one time and fill it up to make it easier for the next time.
2. The sweetness can be adjusted according to your own taste.
3. Use boiled boiling water to prepare the water, and pour it into a paste.
4. Add water to make up according to personal preference, making it thicker or thinner.
