Warm Bird Shell

Fresh shelled bird shells.

Wash and remove the shells and take the meat. Use it to blanch it.
3.
Mix the seafood soy sauce and horseradish thoroughly. Prepare some more, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and shredded carrots, set aside.
4.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped green onion on top of the blanched bird shell, then pour the seasoning sauce on top, mix well and eat.
