1. Fresh shelled bird shells.

2. Wash and remove the shells and take the meat. Use it to blanch it.

3. Mix the seafood soy sauce and horseradish thoroughly. Prepare some more, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and shredded carrots, set aside.
