Watermelon Grape Jelly
1.
Cut the watermelon into pieces and put them in this simple juicer. I am too lazy to use a juicer, it is troublesome to clean after squeezing, this kind of small thing is convenient and easy to use.
2.
The squeezed juice has a good separation of seeds and meat.
3.
Filter it through a mesh sieve to remove any slag that has leaked in.
4.
Put the watermelon juice into the red container, and put the gelatine slices into it. Gelatine tablets should be soaked in ice water to soften. It’s hot, I didn’t bother to freeze the ice water, so I put it in directly.
5.
Bring to a boil on low heat while stirring thoroughly to completely melt the gelatine slices
6.
Let the juice cool slightly and pour it into a container. I filled two containers.
7.
Seedless grapes are cleaned. It's best if it's seedless, it's easy to eat
8.
Put the grapes in the jelly liquid
9.
Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
10.
Soak the frozen watermelon grape jelly in warm water
11.
You can easily buckle it out. I soaked it for a little longer, and it melted a little after the bottom was inverted.
12.
There is also a box, I dig a spoon directly, the color of the red watermelon juice, it is very beautiful!
Tips:
Gelatine tablets are best to be soaked in cold water of about 2 degrees until soft, and the effect is better.
