Watermelon Jelly

Prepare a small half of the watermelon.

Take the watermelon meat, add 20 grams of powdered sugar, and put it into a food processor to break it. (Don't throw away the watermelon shell)

Strain the crushed watermelon juice through a sieve to remove the watermelon seeds.

Soak 50 grams of cold water and 15 grams of gelatin powder 20 minutes in advance.

Then stir the soaked gelatin powder through hot water until the gelatin powder is completely melted into gelatin liquid.

After the gelatin liquid cools down, take out 350 grams of watermelon juice, add the gelatin liquid and mix and stir well.

Then pour the watermelon juice into the watermelon shell.

Seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours until it is set.

Take out the refrigerated watermelon jelly and cut into pieces, and glue them with black sesame seeds or watermelon seeds for garnish.
Tips:
It is best not to heat the watermelon juice on the stove. The heated watermelon juice will change its flavor. When making watermelon juice, powdered sugar can be added and stirred with the watermelon meat. So there is no need to heat the watermelon juice in the pot. And it can keep the original flavor of the watermelon.
