Watermelon Milk Pudding
1.
Weigh 15 grams of gelatin powder and add it to a small bowl of warm water and let it stand for a few minutes, then heat it to melt and stir well.
2.
Add powdered sugar to the milk, then add half of the melted gelatin liquid (half of ①) and mix well
3.
After squeezing the watermelon juice, filter and add the remaining half of the gelatin liquid, mix well
4.
Add milk liquid to the pudding cup about 1/5 of the cup, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until set
5.
After the first layer is solidified, take it out and add another color, then seal with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until solidified
6.
And so on, until all are completed. In order to speed up the solidification rate, I put each layer in the freezer (about half an hour) and add another layer. After the last layer is completed, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it before eating.
7.
Add watermelon to garnish when serving
8.
The color is so beautiful!
9.
I really like this color
Tips:
If the cup volume is small or the operation is too troublesome, you can reduce the level (a total of three levels), it is also beautiful
