Watermelon Pudding

Ingredients: watermelon juice, gelatin slices.

Add the gelatine tablets to the right amount of cold boiled water.

Soak softly.

Cover the watermelon juice with a lid.

Put it in the microwave and heat it up for 2 minutes.

Then, open the lid and put in the soaked gelatin tablets.

Stir well.

Divide them into cups, cover them with plastic wrap, and freeze them in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, and serve.
