West Toss

The bread is cut off on all sides.

A slice of cheese is sandwiched between the two slices of bread.

Beat the eggs. Dip both sides of the bread slice with egg liquid.

Melt butter on low heat.

Add the bread slices covered with egg liquid and fry on medium-low heat until golden on both sides.

You can add condensed milk if you like sweet ones.
Tips:
1. To melt the butter, use a small fire, but it will burn with a high fire.
2. Make a portion of West Toast. In the end, the egg liquid may be a little bit more. You can directly scramble the eggs with the remaining butter in the pan.
