Wheat Kernel Black Rice Yogurt

Ingredients: 1 liter of pure milk, 1 packet of yogurt fungus powder, 3 tablespoons of wheat kernel black rice porridge, 3 medlars

Pour the bacterial powder and a little milk into a large bowl, mix well, add the rest of the milk, and mix well. Divide them into several bowls, seal them with plastic wrap, and place them in a place where no one will disturb them. I usually put the oven, because basically the oven is my exclusive, no one touches it.

After 24 hours. Add wheat kernels and black rice porridge to the solidified yogurt. Stir evenly, put a spoonful on the surface, and place a few medlars for embellishment
Tips:
The fermented yogurt can be stored in the refrigerator or kept at room temperature. However, the yogurt at room temperature will continue to ferment and will not affect the consumption, but it will become more sour.
The prepared yogurt can be seasoned with sugar or honey according to your own taste.
