Wheat Porridge

Separate the wheat kernels and rice from impurities and clean them.

Soak the washed wheat kernels and rice separately. When cooking any porridge, soak the rice stuff to make it fully absorb the water, and it will cook better and taste better.

Put the soaked wheat kernels in the cold water pot and boil slowly. When it is boiling, there will be some foam and lightly skim off. Cook for about fifteen minutes.

Put the rice in the pot and boil slowly with the wheat kernels. First simmer for ten minutes on high fire and then simmer for twenty minutes on low fire.
