Whole Grain Porridge
1.
Wash the wheat kernels and soak in water for 30 minutes.
2.
Soak the black beans and red beans for at least 8 hours.
3.
Wash buckwheat and japonica rice and soak for 30 minutes.
4.
Put all the ingredients into the pot together.
5.
Turn the high heat to a low heat cover and boil it for an hour.
Tips:
1. The black beans and red beans must be soaked for more time.
2. If you have other miscellaneous grains at home, you can also boil them together.
