Wild Amaranth with Garlic

Wild amaranth: Collect the tender stems and leaves and blanch them in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove them and rinse them.

Garlic: Finely chop.

Cut wild amaranth into sections.

Add minced garlic and mix well.
