Wild Bayberry Wine Brewed with Rice
1.
Wash the wild bayberry and dry it, and remember not to expose it to the sun, otherwise the brewed wine will be black. Of course, if it is left for a long time or too much bayberry, the brewed wine will also turn from red to black.
2.
The rock candy should be large, placed on the bottom layer first
3.
When putting bayberry, try your best to choose it, and put it in it that is not crushed or not fully cooked
4.
My home brewed it in-house. If I don’t have it, I can buy a medium shochu for soaking. The taste is not as good as rice. If you want to drink it, it’s good for your eyes, you can add half a catty of goji berries after cooking with rice. I soaked a bottle before, but today I didn’t add goji berries.
5.
Put the sealing ring and cover the lid, and let it sit in December and open it for tasting. We keep it until the Chinese New Year to open it to entertain guests^_^
Tips:
Wild bayberry must not be exposed to the sun, it must be sealed so that it does not leak, otherwise the taste will not be good
