Sake Stewed Clams

Wash the clams, then cut the garlic and prepare the onions.

Fry the butter and garlic in a preheated pan, crush the dried chilies. If you want a more pungent taste, please add green and red peppers.

Add clams and stir fry.

Soak the clams in shochu. Shochu, sake and white wine can also be used.
5.
Pour 1/3 cup of water and close the lid. Do not cover it completely.
