Minced Meat Corn Carrot Dumplings
1.
Peel the corn, add water and a tablespoon of salt and cook for 7 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
2.
Cut the carrots into small pieces with a meat grinder (I am lazy to chop, so this task is done by the meat grinder).
3.
Wash the pork and pork meat, remove the skin and cut into small pieces, set aside.
4.
Put the cleaned pork into a meat grinder and mince it for later use.
5.
Put the drained corn, minced carrots, and minced pork into the seasoning bowl, add seasonings and stir together to make evenly. (This step can also be mixed with chopped green onions.)
6.
Due to time constraints, instead of rolling out the dough, I bought ready-made dumpling wrappers.
7.
This is the craftsmanship of the female ticket. How about the package? Isn't it pretty? Guess where she is from.
8.
I wrapped it, a bit sloppy. Since it is used for breakfast, the dumplings are placed in the freezer and stored in the freezer.
Tips:
