Although making wine by yourself is delicious and economical, it takes a long time, and if you don't pay attention, you will lose all your efforts. Wine Making

1. Prepare purple grapes with better ripeness.

2. Use scissors to cut the grapes. Don't pull them. Be sure to connect the hooves of the grapes with scissors.

3. Put a large handful of table salt in the basin where the grapes are washed, and stir to let it melt.

4. Just like this, there are still broken grapes, and the grapes without hooves are taken out directly.

5. After all the grapes are picked and cut, soak the grapes in salt water for half an hour and gently shake the grapes to clean them. Then, put the grapes in a slip-net basket, drain the water, and expose them to the sun for a morning, once in the middle to let the water on the grapes. Let dry thoroughly.

6. Wash the effective bottle and leave it in the sun for an hour.

7. Handbag disposable gloves, hold the grapes in the right hand, remove the grape hoofs in the left hand, directly crush the grapes with the right hand, and put them into the wine bottle with a layer of grapes and a layer of rock sugar.

8. Finally, until the bottle is 8 minutes full, too full, the grapes will overflow when they are effective.

9. Seal it with plastic wrap first, and then cover the inner lid.

10. Finally, cover the outer cover and place it in a cool place for effect.

11. Six days after the effect, the bottle was filled with bubbles and some overflowed liquid. Open the cap, deflate, and then close the cap again.

12. This is a photo taken at 6 days. The color of the grapes has basically faded, and the effect is half of the effect. Close the lid to regain the effect.

13. After the effect is 20 days, there are no bubbles in the bottle, which indicates that the effect is completed. After waiting for two days, you can move the bottle and let the grapes turn over.

14. After 30 days, prepare it for a while. Use a very thin steaming cloth to seal the bottle mouth.

15. Using a water-free and oil-free spoon, slip the grapes and wine through the net for a while.

16. After a while, the wine is now drinkable, but you still have to put the wine bottle in a cool place for 1 week.

17. There will be a lot of white sediment at the bottom of the wine bottle after it is still. Gently pick up the wine bottle again and pour it into a new wine bottle. Make sure that the bottle is water-free and oil-free, so that you can get a pure and beautiful bottle. wine.

Tips:

The skipped basin must be water-free and oil-free, and the grapes must be dried after washing to squeeze the grapes for effect. A second pass is indispensable, otherwise the wine will not be pure and the color will not be beautiful. I made this wine in July. If the temperature is low, I need to extend the effective time.
