Wolfberry Pudding

Add white sugar to the milk and heat it on the induction cooker to melt the white sugar and stir evenly

Add medlar and simmer for a while, remove from heat

When the milk is not hot, sift out the medlar

Beat the eggs, add to the milk and mix well

After mixing well, sieve twice

Pour the pudding liquid into the mold, use a toothpick to remove the bubbles on the surface, put the mold containing the pudding liquid into the baking pan, add water to the baking pan, about two-thirds less than the mold

Put it in a preheated oven, water bath, bottom layer, and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

Put a few more goji berries on the baked pudding to decorate
Tips:
1. The oven should be preheated in advance to keep the temperature stable;
2. Pour the pudding liquid into the mold and use a toothpick to remove the bubbles on the surface.
