Yam Black Fungus Chicken Soup

Wash the grass chicken and cut into half, chop into small pieces,

Put it in a pot, add cold water, add ginger slices and shallots and cook together. After the soup is boiled, defoam and add cooking wine

Cut the yam into pieces with a hob, soak the black fungus, and wash it off

When the chicken is 50% rotten, add the yam and black fungus, add some salt to taste and cook together until the yam and chicken nuggets can be easily passed through with chopsticks.
Tips:
The chicken broth is boiled in a pot under cold water!
