Yam Chicken Bone Soup

Wash the yam, peel and cut into sections for later use.

Wash half of the chicken and drain.
3.
Bring water to boil in a pot, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, add chicken and cook.

Take out the coolness.

Make a cold pot under the chicken slices.

Put the chicken head, chicken feet, chicken neck, chicken bones into chicken broth. Bring to a boil on high heat, and low heat for 20 minutes.

Put down the yam.

Bring to a boil over high heat, stop at medium heat until the yam is cooked, add salt and chicken essence.
Tips:
1. It should not take too long to cook the white chicken, but the chicken bones under the slice should be boiled for more time. The soup produced in this way has a strong taste and better nutrition.
