1. Prepare the materials.

5. Wash the shiitake mushrooms, slice them, and cut the corn into pieces.

6. Cut the internal fat tofu into small pieces.

7. Add cold water to the pot and put the chicken thigh bones into the boil.

8. Turn off the heat when it burns until there is blood foam, remove and rinse.

9. Add ginger slices and chicken thigh bones to the pot, pour in cold water, then add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and half a teaspoon of vinegar, cover and start boiling.
