Yellow Braised Chicken

Prepare ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, carrots, ginger, chicken drumsticks.

Remove the bones of 5 chicken legs and cut them into 6 cm pieces.

Peel potatoes and slice them into hob pieces, slice carrots, thick mushrooms, and slice ginger.

Start cooking oil (use more oil than usual for cooking).

Pour in sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant, then pour in chicken thighs and stir fry.

When the chicken is discolored, pour in water (preferably chicken broth, the taste will be more delicious). Add shiitake mushrooms, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, star anise, bean paste, and white wine to a boil.
