Yellow Mushroom

Wash the yellow mushrooms and tear them into small strips for later use.

Remove the inner core of the tender pepper, cut into thin strips, and add some salt to taste.

Tips:
The way to remove the inner core of a tender pepper is to hold the pepper with your left hand and the stem with your right hand, press the stem into the pepper, and then pull out the stem to bring out the pepper core.
