Mashed Potatoes

Steam the potatoes in a pot and peel them while they are hot.

To puree the potatoes, we use a knife to drop them.

Put some salt and water on the mashed potatoes and mix them in the microwave, set aside.

Heat oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion and fry the minced meat until the color changes.

Put the fungus and yellow mushrooms and stir fry, add the soy sauce and minced ginger and stir for a while.

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, add coriander to a boil.

Then, add monosodium glutamate and salt, and turn off the heat.

Serve on top of mashed potatoes.
